KEYS Mission: |

The mission of KEYS is to bring private on-to-one piano, cello, and violin lessons to less advantaged children in participating inner-city communities who have no other access to this important life experience. KEYS’s founders agree with the many studies that have demonstrated that children benefit intellectually, emotionally, and artistically from individualized musical instruction. In providing this instruction, KEYS serves participating communities in a unique and important manner. |
The Value of Your KEYS Donation: |

$600 provides music lessons for a year for one student $60 provides lessons for a month to one student $100 provides a student access to an instrument and music books. KEYS is responsible for its own funding. Although we work closely with the administrations of Johnson, Columbus, Beardsley, and Marin Schools, the Bridgeport School System is unable to provide KEYS with financial support. Therefore, the number of children we can teach depends on the amount of funds we raise. |
