Rob Silvan, KEYS founder: Jazz pianist, composer, Music Director at Talmadge Hill Community Church (Darien), Music Coordinator at the New Canaan YMCA, director of the Rob Silvan Jazz Quintet, music educator for over 30 years.

KEYS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Gwendolyn van Paasschen, President: Certified garden designer (1992-2009), former Legislative Assistant in the United States Senate, former board member of the Darien Community Association, the Talmadge Hill Community Church, and the Darien Community Association Garden Club.

Cathleen Morgan, Vice President: Former associate with Brown & Wood LLC, in-house counsel at Merrill Lynch; former board member of the Five Mile River Nursery School and the Bayley Beach playground Fund, current board member of the Noroton Manor Property Owners Association.

Nancy Blackwell, Treasurer: Certified Financial Planner with 18 years experience in finance and risk management. Served two years as Chair, Education committee and two years as Chair, Board of Directors of The Talmadge Hill Community Church.

Al Tibbetts, Secretary: Attorney with Tibbetts, Keating & Butler, LLC in Darien, CT. Formerly on the board of the Darien Arts Center Board of Directors and Board of Turning Wine into Water, current member of the Darien Chamber of Commerce, and of the Darien Zoning Board of Appeals.

Craig Panzano, Director: CEO of the New Canaan YMCA since 2004 and COO of Somerset Hills YMCA in Basking Ridge, NJ for 10 years prior. Other non-profit Board memberships include “Facing the Future”, based in Kibera, Kenya that’s mission is to feed and provide care for children there.

William Young, Director: Benefits consultant with Hewitt Associates, an HR consulting and outsourcing firm, former Board member of the Norwalk YMCA, clarinetist with the Connecticut Symphonic Band.
